At STC, teambuilding is pragmatic and practical. Courses and events are fun and imaginative, however, the emphasis is on getting teams to be more effective in the workplace and achieve targets. It's about building better working relationships and maximising the strengths of the whole team.

A Board of Directors were exceptionally good at their individual roles; however, they did not function as a Board. Individual agendas, a lack of trust and a fear of losing personal power caused them not to work as one team with one goal. Through a series of team events we changed their perception and attitude. This resulted in a more dynamic unified Board all of whom reflected the same corporate message throughout the organisation making goals and objectives clearer for all the company.
