At STC we have developed a personalised and people focused 360o system to give a more accurately and balanced assessment that has more direct meaning. We have pioneered the Human Touch 360o which we have successfully implemented with countless numbers of our clients accelerating their personal success.

What is the STC 360o Human Touch Feedback System©

360 Report

Provides a rounded assessment as peers, direct reports and seniors respond. This is compared with self-assessment scores.

Human Touch

Our Trainers write the report, so they can home in on the more subtle needs that can make major shifts in behaviours.

Feedback System

The difference is that respondents give evidence to support their scores and examples to corroborate what they are saying.

How the STC 360o Works

Each team member completes an in-depth questionnaire. The responses are analysed using STC’s algorithms for scores and STC Trainers for comments to give three basic levels of insight:

  • Strengths profile
  • Skills profile
  • Action Plan

As we give the personal touch, we can accommodate other sections too.

We produce a detailed report identifying how each team member can improve. This report forms the basis of a Coaching Feedback Interview.

How We Ensure the Human Touch Element

STC has invested and researched into how to make 360os more useful and add value not just to the individual but to the organisation too. By taking a more personal approach we achieve better results. See the three steps we use to ensure personal success:

Identify

A minimum of 6 respondents are identified plus the delegate being reviewed. They will be asked to complete a short online 15-minute questionnaire (or optional phone calls if preferred).

Clarify

Once the feedback is analysed it is compiled into a clear report identifying strengths and areas for development. Our analysers question and clarify responses – which a pure online system does not do.

Action

We meet with the delegate to go through the report. Each feedback interview runs for 60 minutes, during which we analyse the findings of the 360o report and agree actions to help them move forwards.
