01 GOAL SETTING

The business challenges you face every day are unique and you are equally unique. To ensure coaching is truly transformative for you we need to appreciate what makes you tick and understand your leadership style. We use a variety of tools which can include psychometric tests and 360° Analysis.
03 ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS
The next step is to start our one-to-one executive coaching sessions! You decide what works for you but most sessions are 2-3 hours long and spaced 4-6 weeks apart. All sessions begin with objectives from the previous session and end with a clear action plan which you can use straight away.
04 INTERIM SUPPORT
Between each of your sessions, your executive coach will be available to clarify actions, provide advice, and support you in achieving your goals. The executives we work with find this interim support to be invaluable in helping them get the most out of this opportunity.
05 MEASURABLE RESULTS
Throughout your coaching, you will have a record of the actions, challenges and progress which you’re facing – and overcoming! There will be tangible milestones of your achievements and you will be able to measure the improvements in yourself and in your leadership.
Success is empty unless it’s long-lasting. That’s why at the end of our executive coaching sessions we will provide you with an ongoing personal action plan. We also offer 12 months of telephone or email support to help you continue to build on your successes.
