The first step on your training journey is for us to build a strong one-to-one relationship with you and understand your company’s individual situation. We then agree on objectives, set expectations, and establish agreed outcomes before providing pre-course preparation materials.
02 ENGAGE
An expert STC trainer will deliver powerful training modules to your team, providing interactive activities which support participative learning. We ensure training is 100% relevant to every individual delegate and provide practical tips and shortcuts which promote enthusiastic engagement.
03 EMBED
With STC training doesn’t end on the last day of attendance. We ensure all learning is embedded by creating achievement action plans, providing key improvement assignments and three-month review exercises. Your trainer will remain available for follow-up and ongoing support.
